This package allows you to relax and let us "turn your fairytale into a reality", from start to finish. At our initial meeting, we will discuss your vision and how much you want to be involved, and from there we will put the wheels in motion to create the event of your dreams. When you book this package, we will literally be with you every step of the way. From picking color schemes to ushering the last guest out. This package is sure to leave you feeling "Enchanted".
With this package, we can oversee every detail of the process from start to finish, including:
❖ Initial phone consultation to determine event needs (in person meeting will be subject to Face to Face consultation fee)
❖ Planning services to begin no more than 1 year prior to event date
❖ 120 hours of consultation (during business hours)
❖ Assistance with budget planning and tracking
❖ Assistance with booking vendors, ceremony, and reception locations
❖ Point of contact for vendors
❖ Defining color scheme, theme, and favors
❖ Advice on etiquette and protocol, timeline
❖ Assisting with invitation design, printing and mailing services, and RSVP tracking
❖ Coordination of wedding rehearsal, wedding ceremony and reception
❖ Handling final payments with vendors if necessary

The Just In Time Package
Partial Planning + Decor + Coordination
Enchantment begins @ $4500
You're almost at the finish line, but you need just a little push to get you there; Enchanted Events by Edeshia has you covered. After our initial meeting, we will play a supportive role, lending unlimited assistance as you put all the pieces of your dream wedding together. Three months prior to your wedding we'll step in to handle the logistics and finalize your décor designs, to make sure each element of your fairytale is as you envisioned.
With this package, we will step in when planning becomes too stressful and take over where you left off.
This includes:
❖ Initial phone consultation to determine event needs (in person meeting will be subject to Face to Face consultation fee)
❖ Planning services begin 6 months prior to wedding date
❖ 60 hours of consultation (during business hours)
❖ Follow up with booked vendors
❖ Assistance with attaining additional vendors
❖ Advice on etiquette and protocol, timeline
❖ Coordination of wedding rehearsal, wedding ceremony and reception
❖ Handling final payments with vendors if necessary

You made all the big decisions and put in hours of work, now it's time to sit back and relax. One month out, will meet to finalize the important aspects of your event and create a timeline. From there, Enchanted Events by Edeshia will oversee your big day to make sure everything goes the way you've planned it. We will handle all of the details to ensure this is the day you've dreamed of, starting with a timeline of your day. You'll walk away with an outline for your wedding day that makes sense for you, your wedding party, your family, your vendors, and venue.
This package includes:

❖ 10 hours of consultation (during business hours)

The Fairy Dust Package

Our design package allows you to bring to life the masterpiece you've created in your mind for your dream event. Everything has been magical to this point, you just need a little "fairy dust" to make it complete. We will meet to discuss your design vision and together, we will put create a design specifically for you. You will receive unlimited consultations, a choice of beautiful tablescape designs, a sweetheart and head table design and much more. Sometimes, just a little fairy dust can make a fairytale complete.
